Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Exchange

All products once dispatched will be considered as final sale and will not be considered for exchange unless the products are damaged during transit or has any quality issues.

Return

Returns will be accepted only on the case of quality issues after examination by The Hade. 

Refund

An item is eligible for refund if it is damaged when delivered and only when the product is not opened or used.  Please submit an unboxing video for any such concerns. No actions will be taken without unboxing video.

Cancellation

We do not cancel orders once placed and no refunds will be provided. Orders returned due to service issues will be reshipped without any additional costs. Incase the orders gets returned because of incorrect address details provided by customers, customer has to pay Rs.100 for reshipping. No cancellation can be done.

Prices of the products are listed in Indian currency. Prices are subject for change without advance notice.
