Q1: How do I order?

Browse through the website and select the products you would like. Add the chosen products to cart and pay through any of the given payment options.

Q4: Do we have Cash On Delivery option?

No, we do not have COD option. We accept, all debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer and wallet payments.  

Q5: How do I know whether my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation message to the mobile number you have given once the order is successfully placed  

 Q6. How do I track my order?

Once the shipment is dispatched from our facility you will receive an automated message to the given mobile number with tracking details with which you can track your shipment. 

Q7. Can I ship the products to an address different from  billing address?

Yes, you can get the shipment delivered to an address different from billing address. 

Q8. Can I ship to multiple address?

No, we are unable to ship to multiple shipping address for single order. If you would want to ship to different addresses please make different orders for each address. 

Q9. How do I modify my order?

Regret to inform you that we would not be able to make any changes once the order is placed. 

Q10: How can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please contact us for more assistance on the same.

Q13: How does the delivery process work?

We service through reputed courier. Once the order is dispatched you’ll receive an automatic msg with tracking and with the courier company’s name which is processing your order. 

Q14: Do we ship internationally?

No, currently we ship only across India. 

Q15: What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is Flat INR.100 across India. 

Q16: How are the items packed at The Hade?

Each of the products are first bubble wrapped and safely placed in a carton box and then taped to ensure the safety. 

Q17: Does The Hade have physical store?

No, We are currently available only online.

Q18: By when can I expect delivery of my order?

As we make products only upon orders we take 5-7 business days to dispatch the shipment. Any delays will be informed.

Q19: Do we test on animals?

No, we are a cruelty free brand.

Q20: Why the fragrance or color is different from the previous one?

As our products are handcrafted without automated machines there may be minor changes in the color or fragrance batch to batch which will not affect the efficiency of the product.
