Customer Support Executive (Hindi & English)

What you’ll do

• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, social media & email

• Assist customers with orders, products, and follow-ups

• Maintain clear, timely, and polite communication

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth customer journeys

   

What you need

• Fluent in Hindi & English

• Prior customer support experience preferred

• Confident communication & problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Comfortable working remotely
