Exchange
All products once dispatched will be considered as final sale and will not be considered for exchange unless the products are damaged during transit or has any quality issues.
Return
Returns will be accepted only on the case of quality issues after examination by The Hade.
Refund
An item is eligible for refund if it is damaged when delivered and only when the product is not opened or used.
